Licensure: primary-source verification with each state medical board, including status and any disciplinary history

DEA: registration status and schedules, where applicable

Decision
The practice approves, declines or requests more information in writing. Approval activates your profile; members can then see and book you. The practice may decline without stating a reason.
Ongoing
Licenses, DEA registration and liability coverage are re-verified before expiry and at least annually.
Exclusion screening is repeated monthly.
You must report any change in standing within two business days.
