Physician Onboarding Guide

Who PRIME works with, what the three-step onboarding involves, and how practice works once you are active.

Version 2026-10-draft2·Draft — for counsel review·Download PDF

Who we work with

Board-certified physicians comfortable with hormone, metabolic and longevity medicine

Licensed in the states where members live, with clean standing

Available for sixty-minute visits and one-business-day message responses

Clinical-first: willing to decline a prescription that is not indicated

Three steps, one sitting

Step 1: sign the Mutual Confidentiality & Business Associate Terms and the Physician Services Agreement inline. Step 2: review the confidential fee schedule, requirements and protocols, unlocked by your signature. Step 3: upload credentialing documents. Your progress is saved at every step; return any time and resume where you left off.

The onboarding portal collects business and credential information only. No patient data is entered there.

Confidential terms stay confidential

The fee schedule and protocols appear only after the confidentiality terms are executed, and signing them commits you to nothing else.

After approval

Add your secure video room link (a BAA-covered Meet, Zoom or Doxy room) to your profile.

Publish the visit times you want; members book only those.

Review each member's chart before a visit: profile, interests, labs, messages.

Close out visits with notes, record protocol items, and move the bloodwork status as labs are ordered and received.

Who you will work with

A medical director who reviews applications and protocols, a care coordinator who handles scheduling and member logistics, compliance support for state rules and credentialing, and engineering support for the platform — reachable directly, not through a ticket queue.
